You can apply for an SR&ED Bank loan by contacting us and requesting an application package.

Please expect to have the following documents available:

• Incorporation Papers
• Address of the corporation
• Names, addresses and IDs of all shareholders
• Financial statements for 3 years
• T2 tax returns for 3 years
• Prior SR&ED claims with reports from CRA
